General information:
- This report is updated on a daily basis, it is not a live feed.
- The date format is "DD/MM/YY".
- The remaining times are calculated based on the recipe for every specific product.
- For some products, the production status may not change for days. This can mean that it is waiting in the queue for the relevant machinery to be available or staff for continuing its production.
- If you observe that remaining time has increased, rather than decreasing, it means that there was a defect/error during the production, which can mean that it is either fallen back to a previous operation or scrapped and restarted production from scratch.
- If you see "pending" in the production status column, it means that its production has not been started. In some cases when the product is something new and hasn't been produced before, its recipe may be incomplete and pending for approval from production. It can also mean that some raw materials can be missing to start production.
- The shipping dates are estimate, based on the production occupancy, it may not reflect an exact date of shipment or delivery, unexpected delays may occur.
- If you believe that there are missing orders in the list, it is either hasn't been entered in our system yet or it is a deleted/cancelled order.
- Deleted/cancelled orders are not listed.
- If an order is delivered partially, its status will not be switched to "Dispatched" until all of the quantity is shipped and order is completed.
- For date critical orders, we recommend you to contact us directly to learn about the exact status of a specific order.
