NOTE: All Cloud Care customers are encouraged to log a case at Info@ID-Dr.com. We are doing clean-ups remotely. A remote clean-up is between 4-6 hours and can be concluded 90 % of the time while the machine is in your home or office. If you schedule that service late in day, we roll it over to next day or available appointment in schedule. A confirmation email will be sent to you with ticket number. If that time does not fit your schedule just reply letting us know of 3 possible dates and times that work for you – we will work around it for your convenience.
